3D Icons is an AI-powered platform that generates custom icons and graphics for personal and commercial use. The service uses artificial intelligence to create unique visual content based on user prompts and preferences.

We offer a free tier (1 lifetime icon), subscription plans (Premium and Pro), and individual credit purchases for flexible usage options.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains adult content, violence, or inappropriate material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempts to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Impersonates any person or entity

Generated Content: You retain ownership of icons and graphics generated through the Service using your prompts. You may use generated content for both personal and commercial purposes.

Service Content: The 3D Icons platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains the exclusive property of 3D Icons and its licensors.

User Content: By submitting prompts or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content solely for providing the Service.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Credit purchases are one-time payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Purchased credits never expire and remain available after subscription cancellation.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial periods of service or purchased credits, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days advance notice.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

3D Icons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
